Rotunda Meeting Room

The Rotunda Meeting Room is conveniently located inside the lodge, just beyond the coffee shop, offering easy access for guests while maintaining a comfortable, dedicated meeting environment. Measuring 43’ x 33’, the space is well suited for meetings, presentations, workshops, and small receptions. The room is equipped with a 98” flat-screen TV and a 10’ HDMI cable for seamless presentations, along with a podium for speakers. Flexible setup options are supported with up to 80 foldable chairs and 15 rectangular tables (6’ x 2.5’), complete with tablecloths, allowing the space to be arranged to fit a variety of event needs.
