Check-in is guaranteed at 3pm or later. After-hour check-in is available upon request (Please contact the front desk for more information.)

Check-Out Policy

Check out by 11am central time.

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your check-in time and a full refund of your deposit will be issued. Canceling within 24 hours of your check-in time will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us either through email or by phone.

Historic Cottages

Picturesque and private, our Historic Cottages are comfortably furnished. Parking is located a short walking distance, approx. 400 feet (less than a 0.1 of a mile) from the Camp Store and Visitor Center.

Woodland Cottages

The Woodland Cottages are nestled in a grove of shade trees, perfect for relaxing and reminiscing with friends and family. Cottages DO NOT have Heat, A/C, TV, or WIFI. Available seasonally. Usually April 1st to November 1st. Please contact us for availability.

Six Queen & Eight Queen Cottage are both available also, please call to reserve (270) 451-2283. Layout of the cottages can be seen on our LODGING MAPS section of our website. (We do charge additional adult/child fees for all cottages. Our staff can help explain.

Kennels

Registration:
All kennel renters must sign in and register at Mammoth Cave Lodge’s front desk.

Vaccinations:
All dogs are required to have “Rabies, Bordetella, DHLP/PARVO vaccinations” per NPS requirements. Front Desk can either make a copy of your vaccinations, or they can be emailed to us using “Frontdesk@mammothcavelodge.com“

Pricing:
$3.50 for the 1st hour, and $1 for each additional hour. A credit card will be placed on file during registration, or cash can be held.

Operation:
All kennels are self-serviced, meaning it is up to you to make sure all pets are locked in securely and safely. A Lock and Key will be provided to you during registration.

Kennels:
All kennels are located outdoors. They are about 8’x4′ and are half-covered for rain.
